I have never done anything in particular to set my upload flag to LOTW.
Some are set, some are not. Why? Howe do I set them all?
Also, the ones that were loaded, do not have the Upload date set...

Robert,
On the "Print QSL Labels" window, uncheck the box next to "Print
Method Labels." This causes a method label (or QSL) to be printed at the
start of each new subdivision of the QSL label/card printout.
