Thanks for all the comments so far. Some common themes are emerging:

- Quality is more important than quantity

- Data going back more than 5 or 10 years is not very valuable

- No one seems to rely on the DX4WIN data by itself, they usually
confirm it themselves using another source (like GOLIST or QRZ.COM)
  before sending off the card.

Going forward (after the next release), I'll probably start limiting the list
to the most recent 10 years worth of data. I somehow need to distinguish older
one-time operations from stations that have had the same manager for more than
10 years.

I never had much luck with HP printers since the ones I've had all fed from
the front and wrapped the card in too small a radius while printing.
Result - curled card. My Epson C84 worked pretty well with the card stock
until the feed rolls got worn and now it feeds crooked. I'd suggest looking
only at printers that feed from the rear or top and thus don't bend the
stock as much.

What printers handle QSL card stock well? Thought my HP3015 was working OK,
but it has a problem with toner fusing with the second card in the printer.
Any suggestions?

Jim,

How about some type of archive file with the older 10 years data?? First
selection would be the current less than 10 years. Second selection would be
the archive file older than 10 years for those hunting for old qsl info?
