Is it me, or have others noticed that the scrolling in their PC's
(including the packet window, for example) now is not smooth? Instead it
tries to repaint the scrolled area constantly as it is scrolled? No
changing of "smooth scrolling" in IE helps (don't know why it would on
other programs anyway.) DX4WIN 7.02 is the only thing I've recently
installed about the time the problem started, so I thought I'd check to
see if anyone else noticed a problem with this.

Apparently something happened with my display driver at about the same
time as I installed 7.02 because I just reinstalled the driver and all is
OK now. Sorry for taking up the bandwidth, and thanks for the response.
