Yes, the QCWA probably qualifies for "equal" status - They ->DO<- award scholarships, publish a yearly directory, hold on-the-air contests, etc.
My lady (N7HKW) and I have served as both President and Secretary of our Montana Chapter #108 in years past. Our state is so large that we found that meetings ... even in only yearly ... were hard to get members to attend. That's especially true now, given the high cost of fuel. 73!
