I am uncertain how DX4WIN should work regarding polling and the set Frequency dialog. From the Radio menu I select set frequency and get Radio Frequency control dialog. I would think that as DX4WIN polls the radio this dialog would get frequency updates and dynamically change, however mine is static. I can tune the radio, change bands, modes and This dialog remains displaying the data it opened up with. If you then push the Read button it sends the original frequency to the radio ( the first time only). from that point on pressing The Read will fetch the current frequency from the radio.
I am using the 7.02 DX4WIN and tried this on a FT1000mp and a TS2000. I thought that I remember the Radio Frequency control dialog getting dynamic updates ?
