Hi.. I have recently installed Vista Home Premium. I also installed DX4 7.03. All appears to work fine after saving my "old save file" to the new version of DX4. (32bit,2GB ram, 320GB HD)
I copied the version also to my "D" drive (separate harddrive). That appears to work fine also. I added qsos to DX4 on the "C" drive with no problem and the totals increased etc. All is well so far. I tried to save my "W1ZS.dxl" file from the C to the D DX4 Program. The D (backup) program does not upgrade the "new" qsos which were properly added to the C program. I also copied my "save" file from the C to the backup and again the backup shows no increase in qsos as the C program has. I used to do this kind of backup when I was using DX4 6.04 and it worked well. Am I missing something with this new version?? Thanks.... Burt, W1ZS
