DX4WIN automatically assigns the most likely IOTA for given DXCC entity (in the
FS case, NA-105 which is St. Martin). I know I have worked St. Barts many
times in the past, mostly with an FJ prefix, and manually entered NA-146 in my
log. Here are some of them:

  FG0EUU/FS in 1978
  FJ/N0IMH in 1992
  N2HIG/FJ in 1993
  FJ/F6HWU in 1993
  FJ/N9SW in 1995
  FJ5AB in 1996
  FJ/K1YJK in 1998
  FJ/AA6YQ in 2000

For any entity with multiple possible IOTA, you may have to override the IOTA
in your log.

You just have to search your log for QSOs with the FS entity, using a "partial
call" search of FJ in the callsign field. Those are probably the only cards
you have to check. However, if your cards are organized by DXCC entity (W7NN
sells dividers for this purpose), then it's probably easier to just pull out
all the FS cards and look through them.

Hi all
I was one of the ops in St Barth in 1978 (30 years ago...), as well as
the QSL manager.
All QSO were confirmed via bureau then, even without a request received.
I can also mention we used another call during that operation :
FG0DWT/FS, also from Saint Barth.
Whoever might have worked us then and has a computer log for that can
check it for NA-146.
