My windows box finally died and I replaced it with a McIntosh Imac20 which runs a dual Intel processor and will operate with Parallels software to open a Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP window on the Mac that hopefully will run DX4win and WriteLog with Yaesu FT1000MP. Another possibility is Boot Camp which will boot a full Windows 2000 or XP system partition on the mac, but is kind like booting a dos partition to run CT.
Has anyone done this that would share their results, configuration, problems, and particularly the usb to serial adapter used with the radio.
