Hi Shelby: I use Avery 5160 labels and I set up as follows: go to file/databases/labels. Click on the down arrow sign in the "Label Name" field and from from the drop down menu select the appropriate label. The set up fields should then automatically fall into place. I have my call Sign and Body Fonts fields set for Arial. I hope this helps .
