I have tried printing 5160 labels from DX4win 7.02 on several printers and this problem exists with all of them. I made up a custom label through trial and error and have reasonable results but there is still a bit of "print creep" from the first to the last label on a sheet. My dimensions are: Width 2.75; Height 1; Left 1.88; Top .5; Hor Shift .06, Vert Shift 0. These work on a Canon MP530. The dimensions for a Laserjet P6 and Laserjet II (which I finally retired) are different from this and each other. You need to play with your settings until this gets fixed. You should also try adjusting the font sizes a bit which may help.
