I have a update from PAUL,
(No he is not on an exotic Island counting his $$$ hi,
But trying everyday day to fix small problems and
adding new things from a HUGH WISH list.

Correct working file without SPLIT command is available.
My comments:
SPLIT
Same command for ON and OFF is tricky stuff,
if the user does a manual selection of the Split button
when DX4WIN expects it is in NO split mode, and sets it on
(but infact it switches it off again)
