ZL1GO/8 is active from Kermadec, ZL8. It will come up as New Zealand, ZL in DX4WIN.
To update your country file, log a QSO with ZL1GO/8 (changing the Prefix to ZL8), then delete the QSO. Then save your log (which also saves country file). He will only be on until 27 March I believe.
