Hi, We have seen a few reports that the on-line help for version 7.03 cannot be started. This happens when pressing F1 or starting the help from the menu. This affects a few users; and it works for most. So my question is what is different between the two groups. I have a suspicion that this could be related to virus checkers, exotic patches that only some of us have applied, other software that interferes etc. In other words, I have no clue (yet).
At this time, I do not even know what questions to ask. OS version, etc. If the help fails for you, there is one experiment you could do. After renaming the files (!!!) , use the version 7.02 help in 7.03 and use the 7.03 help file in version 7.02. This way we can determine if it is something in the help file or how the help file is used.
