Yesterday I worked =84 1B1AB=93 but I=92m not sure what to do , how to =
handle
this one, because this call sign is unknown by DX4Win and not mentioned =
in
the ARRL DXCC (Country) List.
I found this on QRZ.com: =93OP SOYER H. ECESOY Licence from England =
G0ETX well
as 1B1AB from NORTH CYPRUS.=94

Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) does not count for DXCC.
