DX4WIN.CTY Release #40 is now available from:
http://www.country-files.com/dx4win/
The main change is that the ITU has assigned Montenegro the prefix
4O. Because of the entity prefix change, you must update both
DX4WIN.CTY and ADIF.PMP this time, so read the Installation
instructions on the web page.
This is the last update I'll do for a while, shutting down here for
the move to CO.
