I just installed the new dx4win.cty file and cannot open the program. I unzipped the file in dx4win after moving the old cty file to backup. Moved cty file to save directory and the pmp file to import.
When I try to open dx4win I get a notice "access violation" at address 005ead04 in module "dx4win.exe". I get a notice "failed reading country file and list index out of bounds". Where have I gone wrong? I have had 79 birthdays and it seems that I know less after each one and when I read this reflector each day that dx4win gets more complicated. Thanks for your help. Bob C.
