Hi Thor - Thanks for your note - I didn't remember that my article was on AD1C's web site.
Try this as a test. Hit F8 and search for a prefix for which you have relatively few QSOs (JT?). Then click on Labels|Set Print Flag rather than Mark for QSL. The program will ask you "Set label field in QSOs matching filter?" Click yes, and it will mark only the JT QSOs. I don't know about the 9999 limit - I just did a simulated print run with my entire log - over 100,000 QSOs - and the program said it was ready to print every one. There could be such a limit in the printing, not just in the previewing, but it isn't visible.
