DX4Winners,

When DX4WIN puts the Yaesu FT2000(D) into split, it activates VFO B's
receiver along with VFO B's transmitter. This puts VFO A RX in one ear and
VFO B RX in the other....

My personal preference is to have VFO A Receiver remain active for two
reasons....

1. If my Sub (VFO B) volume is set high, I'll get a blast of pile up
audio in one ear...makes my eyes cross!

2. I like to listen to the DX side of the pile-up (with both ears) and
only use the VFO B receiver to help spot the calling stations....so I prefer
to manually push the VFO B RX button when I need it...

I've changed the rig file for the FT2000 to leave VFO A's RX active in both
ears, while still activating VFO B's TX...

If you want a copy of my rig file to try it out, I would be glad to send it
to you...

73...
