I found that WinKeyer works very well together with DX4WIN. I use the serial
kit in a simple configuration with only the serial connection and CW + PTT
Linie connected (not using the stand-alone keyer...)

I also tried using LPT1 to key CW, but the Windows issues mess up the cw
timing from time to time when the PC is busy doing other stuff..
