I have released version 3.4 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can read more here:

The changes in this version:
* Added SPDX, UKDX and VOLTA contests
* Added GA, IN, MI, TX and WI QSO Parties
* Received info (state/province/county/DX) in FL QSO Party now
stored in Rcvd field
* Fixed a crash if FREQ field used "," instead of "."
If you find any problems in the program or documentation, let me know.
If you need a conversion added, send me your ADIF file and tell me
what contest it is for, and which logging program produced it.
