I disagree Larry. "Mailed" has a special meaning. We don't send paper QSLs for all our QSOs, but we do upload them all. Uploading is a step on the way to confirmed, but it's NOT as significant a step as mailing a QSL card and expecting one in return. I think the version 7 way was more meaningful.
