Larry, I can create the same situation with the original MicroKeyer and DX4WIN 7.07.2 and I found two ways out of it:
1. Don't click on Stop Radio, just exit DX4WIN and the frequency control window will show up normally when you start next morning. Keep your radio running until you have closed DX4WIN. 2. If you are still stuck, click on Set Frequency instead of Start Radio.
