I have an Icom 756ProII and have the same issue. Works fine under 8.02, locks into xmit as described in 8.03. I've got it connected via a Rigblaster Plus for keying and verified that the configuration settings were identical when I moved from 8.02 to 8.03. I don't believe that the information below described for the K3 would apply to my configuration.
