Thanks to US Interface/Navigator's Clint Hurd, KK7UQ, for resolving my issue - how to key the PTT line when using DX4WIN's PSK31 capability. By telephone, Clint patiently reviewed all my comm port settings and methodically worked through to a solution (including downloading DX4WIN 8.03). The answer turned out to be surprisingly simple.use the same comm port used by the Navigator to control Ham Radio Deluxe. (Specifically, I entered comm port 5 in the CW tab of Setup Parameters, and entered it again in the PSK31 settings (Alt+S in the PSK31 window...and voila.) My thanks to Clint and to all the others who responded.
