1. You can narrow the column to almost nothing by "grabbing" the base of 
the header separator with your mouse.

2. I'm not sure I understand... if you men a list of group names I could 
only suggest cut and paste. If you mean a group of QSOs defined by a 
group, use a filter and export in any format you wish.
