Hmmm, not the way I see it. The way I see it is the Insert (Holding) when used in either the packet or spot screen, stops the screen from automatically scrolling to the newest info. It does not stop new information from coming in but allows you to stay focused of previous info that would normally be continuously running up and off your screen every time new info comes in. Very useful IMHO.
