To be clear in Jo's initial email; are you talking about start up of DX4Win or when the program is running? If you are talking at start up; I have seen the same sort of behaviour on 2 PC's (Win XP and WIN7). IN the past (XP, older PC, earlier DX4Win) I also concluded that the driver was not installed correctly on a newly booted PC. I still see this sometimes on my new WIN 7 laptop. I will install the driver at start up, which I think will provide the answer; later today. (BTW - I am using MicroHam USBII as my rig interface) 73 Dave G3NKC
