Yes, you can put PJ* in the "Callsign Alert" field in your PACKET1 preferences. The spots will come up as black-on-yellow (i.e. new all-time, never worked). Even if you work the station, it will STILL come up as black-on-yellow the next time. This has worked since Version 7, maybe earlier. The yellow/blue/red spots work fine for me with the latest country file. Just work all the PJ stations you hear that are not gray-on-white or black-on-white.
