Not to answer my own question, but my uninstalling and reinstalling DX4WIN 8.04, I am now able to see the CW keyboard. My thanks to all who replied suggesting it was likely hidden somewhere.
Now if I could only get it to work: I'm using the same comm port as controls the radio, have tried every possible combination of DTR and RTS lines, set PTT delay to 5, but still cannot key the rig through the keyboard. So, once again, I would very much appreciate suggestions. Thanks!
