I tried to follow the instructions in the message of 1/17/2011. After several tries, I managed to get Wget where it is supposedly supposed to go. Tried several times to follow the provided instructions. DOS seemed to do its thing. The VERSION trick provides 05 DEC 2009. I have v8.03
The PJ issues are wrong. I still have the old entities for new QSOs. In .../Save/dx4win.cty has a date of 1/16/2011 3:49 and is 2108 kB The same is in /BACKUP/ Please provided clear, step-by-step instructions for installing the revised .cty file. On the page just for the .cty file, I was not able to find a link to download just that file. Please consider providing a method for downloading just a replacement file – no ZIP, no running a set-up program.
