I have updated the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC credits with ARRL Logbook of the World: You can download version 4.0 from:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/ This version adds full support for the new PJ entities, now that ARRL has added them to the Award Credit Matrix on LoTW. You must use a DX4WIN country file from 4 October 2010 or later to get proper results.
