Hello I agree with Guy that you probably have 2 settings. I have exactly the same setup and plays ok. See also the setup guide for dx4win and mk2r+ i have made in cooperation with w4tv. http://users.otenet.gr/~sv1dpi/download/mk2r.pdf Microhma offers this also in help files of the router.
