Ricardo, Could it be that your computer or laptop goes into (deep) sleep mode ?
Normally the MKII installs virtual ports on your PC , you connect Dx4win (or other program) for cat data to one of those ports if for some reason this port Disappears after awhile dx4win or other software doesn´t detect the comport anymore And give the error.
