Be sure the last thing you do in the import process is use the pull down menu and select Imported QSO sets LOTW Confirmed Flag...

Using DX4WIN v8.04. Clicked on LoTW - Download for LoTW and I get the error message "An exception occurred. I/O Error 103. I click on the error message and then the program just sits there.
