I can explain how my rotator works. My rotator is a Yaesu g-1000 dxc with ERC control File >preferences>rotator control i have chosen Hygain dcu1. you probably should have green heron After that under rotator>parameters in QSO window you should setup every band There are choises as disambled (i have it for 160m-30m), normal (i have it for 20m-10m) or with offset (maybe someone is needed this for a 40m dipole which has installed along the boom). After all these, when i am in qso window (hit f9 to go directly) and my radio is in one band where the parameter is set as normal or with offset, and i put a callsign and i hit f11 the rotator starts moving and goes where it is expected to go. Don't forget that you should have all these: 1. be in qso window and 2. have a callsign and 3. be on a band where rotator is needed (and you have told it to dx4win) and 4.press f11
