This is a function of your QSO preferences.   In 8.0x, look for the
box at the top that says, "Label/Upl flag".  Uncheck "QSL card" and
save your preferences before importing the log. This will prevent the
Label flags from being set.

There is an option under "QSLs" in the QSO window to clear label flags
if you want to undo what's already been done.  You probably should set
some sort of date filter (using F8), otherwise it will clear all the
label flags in your log, unless that is your intention.
