Thanks guys for the suggestions. I did change File>Preferences>QSO defaults to "None" and saved the .ini file so all future uploads will have the Flag set to "None" per Jim's suggestions.
I did "discover" a 3rd method under Labels>Clear Print Flags which did change all my qso's to Label = N which is what I wanted. You can also use this function with a QSO filter "active" for a subset of your log.
