I think Dicks point is a fair one; when you look in a wider context. Some people would like the ability to upload more frequently; this is down to personal preference. Other programs offer this. Some people would prefer to see automatic connection (and reconnection) to your favourite cluster, that DX4Win doesnt support. Other programs do. There are some bug fixes / enhancements that have been mentioned on this reflector, too.
I am aware that there are now other programs that might look better, have other features; and have so far stuck with DX4Win for 10 years plus.
