I like the LoTW interface. I have a significant number of logs from different locations in my master DX4Win log and each has to be treated differently by TQSL. So an automatic upload doesn't make sense to me. The number of "clicks" is so small now as to be trivial. The easy ability to handle logs from different locations and to generate reports that either combine or ignore those locations is also a plus. A number of years ago, I looked at the DXLab Suite and there was no way to handle this issue - perhaps it has changed now. But when I politely queried the author about a way to handle my problem, I received a very short, very curt reply - Not now and Not ever. That ended any chance of my switching to his software. My occasional "off the record" inquiries to other ops about the DXLab Suite have resulted in comments similar to what Dave, N4QS wrote. I know there are a number of folks that swear by it. It's great that we have so many choices and I really hope that Paul continues to support it, even at the level he is supporting it now. I understand all of the requests made by Lou, N2TU (although I don't agree they are all enhancements) except the handling of CW Skimmer. Can someone explain to me what that is about?
