The file LoTWCreditToDX4WinAward v098.zip from K8UT website does not
open. Can someone send me the .EXE file please?

This is a new file. I don't know when the ARRL first made it
available. My intention is to use this file as input to this program:

It would be fantastic if DX4WIN could import this file to use it to
set DXCC status flags, or at least tell you which flags don't match,
like my program does.
Larry K8UT wrote a utility which *can* set the DXCC flags in DX4WIN.
