I updated the utility to compare your DX4WIN DXCC credits with ARRL Logbook of the World: You can download version 6.4 from:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/ The only change between this version and the previous version is that I changed the compiler I use to build the program. The new program size is almost 90% smaller, which makes me skeptical, but I tested it on both Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 and the program seemed to run fine. I hope a few of you will try this version out to ensure I have not done anything stupid. I don't know if it will work on Windows 2000, but I'm pretty sure it won't work with anything older than that, like Windows 98 (try to prove me wrong). The reason that this all came up is that I'm re-writing the program to use the "DXCC QSL Download" file from the ARRL LoTW site, rather than the Award Credit Matrix. When I went to compile the program for a test release, I found I was having some problems with my 9-year old compiler. So I'm in the process of modifying my software to work with the 4-year old compiler instead. This program is the first successful attempt.
