None of the radio drivers that come with DX4WIN 8.05 support the split
feature that was added to the IC-7600/7700/7800 firmware.
The IC-7600 driver posted here worked well for me:

You may be able to use it with the IC-7800 by using the correct hex
address code. You *must* be using the new radio firmware to take
advantage of this.
ON4AOI wrote the ICOM "split" drivers.
