I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. It is confusing because the actual city of St. Louis is the County of St. Louis. The suburbs are St. Louis County. At least that is how the tax structure is set up and the "City Stickers" a sort of additional registration fee for city residents is set up. If you live within the city you have to purchase and display a little decal on your windshield. I notice the DX4WIN Mo F1 list shows MO95 for St. Louis County (the suburbs) and MO96 for St. Louis City, (the city itself). So St. Louis, MO, is not an independent city, it is an actual county that is named in a confusing manner but is correctly listed by DX4WIN as a separate county. I was born inside the city limits and my birth certificate shows St. Louis in the county block. If I had been born in the suburbs it would say St. Louis County.
