You can (and should) use the DX4WIN Data Updater to update the file:

This release has the new IOTA that were announced at the 50th annual
IOTA convention in July 2014.
This is a huge release, meant to get more in-sync with the callsign
and prefix data on ClubLog.org. There is still much work to be done.
There may be new errors, so let me know about them ASAP.
