Amazing how totally anal the RSGB IOTA program is about having not only the
IOTA number but also the correct island name on QSL's to count for awards,
yet they cannot keep their own website up to date.

Yes, that is correct.  The RSGB has not released a new file yet with all the
new island names.  I added the new reference #s to the country file by hand.
