OK the problem seems to be related to my choice of preferences. I do not want to see spots from phone/ssb stations, so I have ssb unchecked in the packet filter. But, I have ssb checked in station preferences, however the packet filter seems to remove the Phone line from the country window. Is this correct? Is there a place in the manual/help that clearly defines what each of the 3 sets (station, packet and award) of preference checks does?

I am having a very strange issue, a very small number of confirmed countries do not show up confirmed in the "country window", but they do show up as confirmed in the listing of confirmed countries and the entries which are in the log. So far, I have found two, both are on 6 Meters (ZF and J6). Any ideas?
