Hi all, I used DX4WIN 8.05 under Windows 7 64 bits and cannot connect in packet via TCP/IP although my preferences are well regular and TCP/IP. I remember that for v5.03 I had the save issue that was solved at that time.
After have launched DX4Win 8.05, I open the packet window, then I clic on the button “connect” but the system displays "no connection active". I right-clic in the white window, the list of servers appear, I select one close to my QTH, but nothing happens. What is the exact procedure and commands to enter ? Is there something to edit or delete in the .tcp file ? (even if I left only one line in the file, the problem remains). PS. If that can help, I use a permanent Internet connection via a router and fiber optic connection, and I have activated the Windows firewall (and I also use Kaspersky anti-virus).
