OK. I haven't been here since the "beginning," only since v5. I moved from Log Windows to DX4Win in the late 1990's when Log Windows was having problems with authors and support, and I have not regretted the move one instant.
Sure, there are some who wish various enhancements, mostly ability to record the new digital modes. I for one would like the see the membership of a call propagate into the logging window to help me when it comes time to decide how to QSL. I am sure there are others with various wants. Life is tough, and sometime requires work arounds. But please tell me, what is it in DX4Win that doesn't work? And with AD1C's wonderful support page, what is it you don't know how to do? Paul has a "day job," and maybe he will get around to an update; maybe he won't. If not, I think you are still using the best general logging package in Amateur Radio. Sure, there are others that are coming along, and if you want to go through the pain of transition and then the pain of the learning curve, have at it!
