I have been asking myself the same. The only way I have been able to make it work is to enter "https://www.qrz.com/lookup/" as the web address and ticking the "enabled" box in the "Ext Data" settings, then
1. Enter a call sign 2. Hit F3 3. Hit RETURN 4. Your web browser opens and shows the data There is a chance this is how it is intended. However the manual/help file is unclear.
