Hi Mark, Long time no see. Hope all is well. I don't know of a way to have two programs control the same rig as the rig only has one port. Unless you can configure the CI-V for one port and the serial for another?
My Work around is Start WSJT-X first, as that is sensitive and will complain as you have seen. Next open DX4WIN, let it inform you your port is not available, then click through the next 3 dialogue boxes. DX4WIN will open but Without Rig Control.
